Differentiating a post-HSCT killer

Trying to identify endothelial complications in the post-hematopoietic stem cell transplant environment can be like looking at a police lineup—very hard to differentiate one from the other—and possibly missing the most deadly actor, in this case, HSCT-TMA. This campaign on behalf of OMEROS highlighted the lethal threat lurking within the patient’s endothelium to bring attention to this often overlooked and deadly complication arising from HSCT.
